Tank cleaning requires a three person High Risk Confined Space entry team using specialised equipment and gas monitoring devices;

1.  Tank is emptied of all fuel/liquid and either stored for polishing or removed for disposal via SEPA approved waste streams
2. Tank will be vented to ensure it is gas free
3. Trained confined space person(s) enter the tank and using vacuum hoses from a road tanker will remove all other heavy waste products
4. Tank will then be cleaned using hot pressured water and approved detergent to clean the tank walls, floors and any sump areas
5. Tank will be dried using lint free cloths to ensure all water is removed from tank

We recommend new gaskets and bolts are fitted when resealing the tank to ensure tank is fully water and air tight which TG can provide.

• If not how close can we get to the tank

• Does it have a ladder or platform structure to gain access
• It is top access hatch or side door access

• Does the customer have a plan of the tank
