Drain problems can arise at any time and can be stressful to deal with. If a drain emergency happens, or if you want drain maintenance services, you need skilled and professional drains specialists to help you.
We can clear any type of blocked drain, with minimal disruption to you, all our technicians come fully equipped with everything they need to sort your drainage problem such as high-pressure water jetting equipment and our electro-mechanical coring machines.
These are the three main ways we can clear drain blockages, high pressure water jetting which is powerful water pressure to break down congestion and break down obstructions to make them smaller and push them through the drain and sewer. Also, we can use our electro-mechanical coring machine, which is ideal for internal pipes and is recommended for the removal of hard substances such as uric sale, limescale, concrete residue, wipes and grease. We also have mini-jetting machinery which can be used for internal stack work to clear blockage where the electro-mechanical is unable to penetrate the blockage.
Blocked drains can occur for any number of reasons, such as a build-up of hair, grease, fat, leaves or foreign objects! When your drains are blocked, you’ll probably notice that water is not draining as fast as it usually does or the water in the toilet bowl rises near the top after flushing. You may also notice gurgling noises from the plug hole or notice a bad smell.
A recommendation to excavate can be made following a CCTV Survey being carried out previously on the drainage system, or following a site inspection conducted by an Engineer.
Repairs to below ground drainage are a specialist job. Should a section of pipework be found damaged beyond repair, our Technicians can locate the fault, excavate down onto the pipework and cut away damaged sections, connecting the new installation onto the existing drainage system.
When a damaged drain requires excavation and repairs, the cost and duration of work can vary enormously depending on a number of factors that include the impact on the surrounding area and required equipment. Once instructed, we will assess the drainage situation, identify the drainage problem and then ensure the most appropriate action is taken in the shortest time possible – and with minimum disruption to the area and environment.
Septic Tanks are a common drainage system if your property is not connected to a main sewer network. It is designed to separate the solids and the wastewater, allowing the wastewater to discharge away. We offer a professional and low cost septic tank emptying service. We fully cleanse and remove all build of sewage and waste in the system, ensuring the septic tank is blockage free. Leaving a full working and clean septic tank on completion of works.
Regular emptying of your septic tank will reduce the risk of blockages and costly damage to your sewer system.
CCTV Drain Survey is the drain inspection solution to discovering why your drainage system is not working efficiently or to investigate where your drainage and sewer systems flow and locate. TG Industrial Services have the latest CCTV equipment which gives a high quality picture of your drainage systems, with the use of camera's and LED's to light up the pipe-work. We then produce a recording of your drain and sewer systems and write up a full report with the latest software which indicates and visually shows whether there are any defects in your systems which may be causing you problems.
